What role we're hiring for: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in UAE, with a strong focus on driving new business across banks and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise solution sales, an established network in financial services, and the ability to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles. Knowledge of payments and fintech will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on annual sales targets for UAE, focusing on enterprise deals with banks, financial institutions, and large corporates.
• Build, nurture, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Engage C-level executives and decision makers at financial institutions, leading consultative discussions that align our solutions with client business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including RFP/RFI responses, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Pre-Sales, Legal, and Implementation) to ensure successful deal execution and smooth customer onboarding.
• Provide thought leadership and market intelligence on UAE's financial services ecosystem, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client engagements to elevate brand presence in the Thai market.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to banks and financial institutions in UAE. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Deep relationships and network across C-levels and senior decision makers in UAE's financial sector.
• Proven expertise in managing complex negotiations and structuring large-scale enterprise agreements.
• Experience working with cross-border teams and reporting into regional/global structures.
• Strong business acumen, ability to articulate value propositions, and executive-level communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of payments, cards, or fintech solutions is a significant plus.
