We Are Hiring – Executive Office Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Office Manager to join our team and provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Coordinate between departments and follow up on pending tasks.
• Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to management.
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.
• Lead and coordinate teams across different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Work closely with all departments and the Operations team to support business activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant qualification.
• Only Male
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic must.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
