Plant Manager (Ready Mix)

We are seeking a Ready Mix Plant Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the ready-mix concrete plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage all operational activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor departmental activities and provide guidance and support whenever required.
• Delegate responsibilities and authority effectively to team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
• Supervise all plant operations and ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product quality and meet customer expectations.
• Discuss the technical requirements with clients and consultants.
• Manage team performance while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Prepare operational, production, and performance reports for senior management review.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on laboratory activities to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee (P&L) performance and support financial objectives.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the future development of the station.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Chemical engineering (preferred with date analytics studies)

Required

• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong leadership and operational management
• Knowledge of quality control processes in concrete production
• Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital business tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
