Manage FF&E budgets meticulously, tracking expenditures, negotiating with vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Coordinate all aspects of FF&E logistics, including sample management, order placement, delivery schedules, and site installation oversight. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FF&E specification and interior design, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing creative marketing displays and visual merchandising strategies.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
