Project Manager Interiors

Our client is hiring for the position of Project Manager - Interiors & Fitout.

Key Responsibilities

.Project Planning & Execution

.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.

.Oversee all phases of fit-out works including design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.

.Stakeholder Management.

.Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

.Lead regular project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Quality, Health & Safety.

.Enforce strict quality control standards and site safety protocols.

Cost Control & Budgeting.

.Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track project expenditures.

.Prepare financial and progress reports for internal and client review.

Team Leadership.

.Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure performance meets expectations.

.Mentor junior project staff and foster a collaborative project environment.
