FM Engineer

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all facility operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance records for auditing purposes. Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in technical concepts.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project execution.

Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) to validate expertise in the field.

Proven experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management software, showcasing technical proficiency.
