Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to optimize store performance.

Execute in-store promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns. 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally in baby, specialty, or fashion retail.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales analytics.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Confidence in consultative selling and product demonstrations
