MEP Draftsman (Revit & AutoCAD)

Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Translate design concepts and calculations from engineers into accurate and constructible technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the building design.

Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings based on site conditions and project progress, maintaining high levels of accuracy. High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field is preferred.

Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing Revit and AutoCAD proficiency in building services.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in drafting MEP systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, particularly Autodesk Revit MEP, for 3D modeling and clash detection.
