Education: Bachelor‘s degree in accounting finance human resource or related field

Experience: previous experience in both accounting and human resource within the UAE is required

Language: Arabic and English

Key responsibilities

manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping

prepare financial reports and monitor company expenses

handle invoicing,payments,bank reconciliations and petty cash

ensures compliance with UAE VAT and corporate Tax regulations

manage payroll, employee attendance leave and HR records

prepare employment contracts and maintain employee files.

handles recumbents onboarding and off boarding processes

ensure compliance with UAE labor law and MOHRE regulation

coordinate with goverment entities when required

prepare financial and administrative reports for management

proficient in Microsoft excel and accounting software

strong organzational communication and time management skills

ability to work independently and as part of a team.

salary 3000 AED

Location Ajman

working days satur day to Thursday

Working hours : 8 hours
