Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the West Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of the Ottoman Era and features hand-painted finishings, artworks and stunning murals influenced by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire.

The resort features 405 rooms and suites, 38 Royal Villas, and the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, one of the largest and most luxurious spas in the Middle East.

About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ambassador to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The Main

Duties And Responsibilities

Of This Role IncludeGreet and escort guests and provide a warm, personalized welcome experience.

Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored servicesCarry out tasks while maintaining smooth and professional interactions with guests.

Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective service.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).

Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity. Proficient in English language About
