Job Title: Production Manager (Factory)

Worthy Thermal Insulation (WTI) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily production activities while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory production operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, manpower, and machine utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and QA/QC teams to meet production schedules.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Monitor production costs and minimize material waste.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing, duct fabrication, insulation panels, sheet metal, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
• Experience working with ERP or production management systems.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
