Senior Manager Supply Chain Performance & Reporting at EtihadWEWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager Supply Chain Performance & Reporting. In this key role, you will lead the strategic planning, governance, performance management, and reporting functions of the Supply Chain Division across Etihad Water & Electricity.

The role is responsible for establishing an enterprise-wide supply chain performance framework, driving data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and executive reporting, monitoring operational and strategic KPIs, overseeing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment of supply chain performance with EtihadWE's corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Supply Chain Performance & Reporting Strategy aligned with Etihad
• WE's corporate objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of executive dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Develop governance processes for Supply Chain performance management.
• Lead enterprise-wide Supply Chain improvement initiatives.
• Establish supplier performance measurement frameworks.
• Monitor inventory optimization, stock availability, inventory accuracy, and turnover.
• Drive Supply Chain digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, Projects, Customer Services, and Corporate Strategy.
• Identify Supply Chain performance risks.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Performance & Reporting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree (MBA or Supply Chain Management) is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CILT, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or PMP are an advantage.12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations.
