Project Manager

A leading Fiberglass Factory in Umm Al Quwain is looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the production team.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare production reports and analyze performance to achieve operational targets.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the fiberglass, composites, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
