Position Overview

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to oversee our expanding real estate operations in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving business development, improving sales performance, and building long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily activities of the real estate sales team
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
• Recruit, coach, and support Property Consultants to improve individual and team performance
• Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion, and transaction progress to maximize results
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to support business growth
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service
• Represent the company at developer launches, exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
• Proven success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets and increase sales performance
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting business relationships
