Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst

Job Summary

An experienced Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and delivering financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. Adept at budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, and ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll accounting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyse financial performance, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate management reports
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and support Corporate Tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. (CA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience with Tally Prime.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
