Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Elevators & Escalators), who is responsible for driving business growth by generating new sales opportunities, increasing company revenue, developing strong customer relationships, and managing all sales-related activities. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new business opportunities for elevator and escalator installation, modernization, maintenance, and spare parts.

 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share.

 Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and government organizations.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

 Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management.



 Lead and manage all sales operations, supervise the sales team, and drive revenue growth while ensuring the achievement of company objectives.

Skills & Qualities

 Minimum 02 to 03 years of sales experience in the elevator and escalator industry.

 Strong business development and negotiation skills.

 Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

 Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

 Good knowledge of the UAE elevator market and industry standards.

 Valid UAE driving license is required.
