In this position you will be responsible for reparation and maintenance of all production-related equipment and facilities in our plant in U.A.E, which includes the following tasks:

• Trouble shooting for machine breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to the plan.
• Effectively communicate with machine supplier if necessary.
• Train production employees on machine maintenance.
• Assist with mold repairing and changeover if necessary.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Follow company rules and regulation (safety, quality etc.).

KRA

• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.
• Trouble shooting for machine breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to the plan.

Competencies and qualifications

• Four year degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum four years of work experience at similar industry
• Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines
• Experience in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems with electrical knowledge. Can understand circuit diagrams.
• Hands on experience running busy engineering department
• Good organizational skills
• Good leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of technical aspects of different types of equipment

Remunerates

• Salary: AED 3000/- to AED 3,500/-
• Duty: 12 Hours / 28 Days
• Leave Salary & Gratuity as per UAE Law.
