Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's finance and accounting operations. The role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, payroll verification, audits, and compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS, while providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts Department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and monitor budget variances.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, Letters of Credit and trade finance.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
• Review monthly payroll in compliance with WPS.
• Monitor receivables and support recovery of overdue payments.
• Maintain financial policies, internal controls and confidentiality.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, HSE and International Accounting & Auditing Standards.
