Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Ayurveda Clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain our Ayurvedic treatments and services to potential patients. The role involves calling prospective clients, generating appointments, and maintaining good relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients.
• Explain clinic services, Ayurvedic treatments, and wellness programs.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, and offers.
• Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with clinic team for appointment scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda is an advantage.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus).
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
