Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Rental Management Executive to join our growing real estate team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE real estate rental experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while supporting the company's legal documentation process.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Rental Management

• Provide excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Handle rental inquiries and manage the complete leasing process.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing transactions.
• Prepare tenancy contracts, renewals, addendums, and related documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Follow up on leads, renewals, payments, and tenancy-related matters.
• Manage and update property listings on real estate portals.
• Maintain accurate customer and property records.

Legal Support

• Assist the Legal Officer with preparing and organizing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Coordinate documentation required for legal and compliance processes.
• Maintain and organize legal files and records with confidentiality.
• Follow up on legal documentation and approvals with relevant departments and authorities.
• Ensure leasing documents are complete and comply with company procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Officer as required.

Requirements

• Female candidate (Preferred)
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in real estate rentals.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Leasing procedures
• Tenant relationship management
• Rental negotiations
• Property listings and marketing
• Tenancy contracts and renewals
• Basic understanding of UAE real estate laws and legal documentation will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Salary

• AED 4,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
