Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tours & Travels Executive to handle both sales and day-to-day travel operations. The ideal candidate will design holiday packages, handle bookings, and drive sales for flights, hotels, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp) and convert them into sales.
• Design, cost, and sell customized inbound/outbound holiday packages, flights, and UAE visas.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and suppliers to secure the best rates and manage bookings.
• Provide excellent customer support, resolving any travel or booking issues smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of travel agency experience (Sales & Operations) in the UAE.
• Visa Status: Must be on a valid Spouse / Dependent Visa (ready to join immediately).
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus). Knowledge of B2B travel portals and GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage travel operations simultaneously.
