Civil Site Engineer – Open Interviews

Project Location: Al Zorah, Ajman, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in construction

We are hiring a qualified and responsible Civil Site Engineer to work on an AED 15 million construction project in Al Zorah, Ajman.

The selected candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, monitor construction progress, and ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and construction activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Review and follow approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and deadlines.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Report delays, technical issues, and material requirements.
• Assist with inspections, snagging, approvals, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of construction-site experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and BOQs.
• Good knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Good communication and site-coordination skills.
• Must be available to work full-time in Al Zorah, Ajman.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
