General Manager – Consumer Electronics

We are partnering with a prominent organization looking to appoint a General Manager Consumer Electronics to drive business growth retail expansion and brand positioning across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and market expansion
• Lead sales across retail modern trade and e-commerce channels
• Manage key accounts distributors and strategic partnerships
• Oversee product lifecycle management and pricing strategies
• Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activity
• Ensure operational efficiency including after-sales service excellence
• Drive financial performance cost control and profitability
• Build and lead high-performing commercial and operational teams

RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

2025 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or related sectors

At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity

Strong exposure to UAE/GCC retail and distribution ecosystems

Proven leadership in P&L ownership and revenue growth

Established industry network is highly preferred

Required Skills
