Senior Sales Executive - For Facilities Management Sector

About the Role

Our company Al Muqarram Hygienic Products Industry LLC is one of the biggest tissue paper converter in UAE. We manufacture and supply tissue paper and cleaning material products across the UAE. We are looking for a sales professional to sell our products to Facilities Management companies — including hotels, hospitals, malls, and commercial buildings.

What You'll Do

• Sell our tissue paper and cleaning products to Facilities Management companies across the UAE
• Find and close new clients through cold calls, visits, and referrals
• Manage and grow existing accounts over time
• Present products and submit quotations and tenders
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep your pipeline updated and report regularly

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years selling tissue paper, cleaning supplies, or hygiene products within the Facilities Management segment — non-negotiable.
• Should be able to develop and manage the team.
• An existing network of FM companies in the UAE.
• Comfortable doing field sales independently.
• Strong communicator who can negotiate and close.
• Valid UAE driving license.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 + Commission
• Company vehicle or transport allowance
• Full medical insurance coverage
• 30 days annual leave + air ticket

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
