Sales Executive – Construction Equipment (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Meet Customers: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and build long-term relationships.
• Generate Enquiries: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, site visits, and networking — with a focus on growing new accounts across the UAE.
• Handle the Sales Process: Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to invoicing, including regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote Aftersales Services: Highlight aftersales support and services to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role within construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related trading fields
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet monthly sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
