Sales and Marketing Manager – MEP Contracting & Products

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for the MEP contracting division and associated MEP products in Ras Al Khaimah and across the UAE. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility in the MEP market.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems along with proven sales and marketing experience in the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base within Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP contracting and product supply (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations in compliance with UAE standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures.

Marketing & Business Development

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Strengthen company presence in Ras Al Khaimah and Northern Emirates.
• Conduct market research to identify project pipelines and client needs.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events in the UAE.
• Develop digital and offline marketing strategies tailored to the regional market.

Technical & Product Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and product specifications.
• Provide technical consultations and support to clients during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams to ensure accurate project proposals.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Reporting & Team Leadership

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in MEP contracting and/or MEP product sales within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proven track record in UAE project sales, tendering, and client acquisition.
• Familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah and Northern Emirates construction market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Working Conditions

• Office-based in Ras Al Khaimah with frequent site visits across UAE.
• Regular client meetings and business development activities.
• Travel within Northern Emirates and occasionally across UAE.
