ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our office-based team in Belgrade. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs, and driving long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations, and contributing to revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).
• Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
• A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
