Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking an experienced and analytical Investment Finance Manager to lead the company's investment financing activities and manage financial relationships with banking partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging investment financing and serving as the key liaison with financial institutions.

This role is instrumental in ensuring optimal funding for investment projects, monitoring the financial status of investments, preparing accurate investment financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to achieve the company's investment and growth objectives.

Your Role

As an Investment Finance Manager, you will

Financial

• Prepare analysis of different financing options for Uniestate's projects.
• Conduct due diligence on bank financing options.
• Compare the relative costs and benefits of different financing options.

Business

• Acquire and maintain expertise in Uniestate's business, including its structure, departmental roles and responsibilities and operations, applying this knowledge in all decisions.
• Maintain expertise in property development, rental property investments and related disciplines.

Policies, procedures and ways of working

• Implement Uniestate's internal policies, systems, processes, and procedures
• Ensure that changes to investment universe, criteria and policies, systems, processes and procedures are applied correctly.

People and talent management

• Identify own learning and development needs and ensure that he / she receives the required training, experience and learning to execute their roles effectively.

Investment Financing

• Source financing information from a range of financing sources.
• Prepare and propose financing forecasts, given offers from different lenders.
• Maintain a network of contacts at local and international lending institutions.
• Manage the funding process through to closing, working with other Uniestate functions, as required.

Risk Assessment

• Assess risks with reference to funding sources and structures.
• Contribute to the investment portfolio risk register by providing accurate, researched information on financing risk-related matters.

Technology

• Use systems, applications and tools in financial planning and reporting.

Compliance

• Maintain and apply knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing and arranging financing. Experience
• Demonstrable track record of arranging successful funding deals in property development / real estate field.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required
