MEP Estimation Engineer

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, subcontractor, and equipment costs
• Analyse tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and scope documents
• Conduct site visits to understand project conditions and identify risk items
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Develop and maintain pricing databases, rate libraries, and unit cost benchmarks
• Collaborate with project engineers and procurement teams for up-to-date costs of equipment & materials.
• Prepare tender submissions, bid clarifications, and post-tender negotiations.
• Support value engineering exercises to optimise cost without compromising quality
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines for tenders for multiple tenders.

Qualification

Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
