IT Assistant

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees.

Asset Tracking: Keep an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.

System Setup: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office peripherals.

Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring local area networks (LAN) and ensuring stable internet connectivity. Minimum 1-2 years minimum work experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong working knowledge of Windows, MAC, iOS, Android, MS Office 365, and basic networking principles.

CompTIA, Cisco or SAP Certification is an added advantage.

Valid UAE residence visa (or eligibility to work in the UAE).
