HR Executive

Manage daily HR and administrative operations.

Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.

Prepare employment documents, letters, reports, and other HR-related correspondence.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR activities.

Coordinate with government authorities and assist with compliance-related processes when required.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices is an advantage.
