Role Description

Do you love turning ideas into content that people actually want to engage with? We're looking for a Junior Content Strategist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media beyond trends and wants to build content that supports real business goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop monthly content strategies and content pillars for different brands.
• Create content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas for launches, events, and seasonal moments.

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience in content strategy, social media, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinker with strong research abilities.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics is an advantage.
