Junior Marketing Activation Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Marketing Activation Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of marketing activations across Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who enjoys both office-based coordination and field activities.

In this role, you will coordinate marketing events from planning through execution, represent the company during on-ground activations, engage with customers, support users in navigating digital health services through the mobile application, register cases accurately, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure every activation is delivered successfully.

Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-ground marketing activations and promotional events.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative for CareConnect booth operations.
• Guide attendees through the company's mobile application and digital health services.
• Register chronic cases accurately while ensuring proper documentation.
• Ensure all activations comply with company branding and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues during events and escalate when required.
• Support planning activities including logistics, timelines, materials, and event readiness.
• Coordinate daily marketing activities between field teams and office stakeholders.
• Prepare post-event reports including outcomes, challenges, budgets, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers during live events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel across different regions within Saudi Arabia.
• Flexible to work during marketing activations, including weekends or extended hours when required.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred/required depending on business needs).
• Able to stand and remain on-site during event setup and execution.
