Interior Design Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and dedicated Interior Design Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Develop design proposals, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and feedback.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
• Mentor and develop junior design staff and interns.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into design strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous projects and design capabilities.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and detail, paired with solid technical knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior staff is a plus.
