About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AutoCAD & Interior Design Specialist to join our factory-based technical and design team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for translating project requirements, measurements, concepts, and design ideas into accurate technical drawings and interior design plans.

This role requires close coordination with the interior design, production, factory, and project management teams to ensure that all drawings are clear, precise, and suitable for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Translate client requirements and design concepts into technical plans.
• Create floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare technical drawings for custom-made furniture, joinery, and interior elements.
• Review project measurements, dimensions, and technical specifications.
• Update drawings based on feedback from designers, project managers, and factory teams.
• Ensure that all drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team to clarify technical details before manufacturing.
• Assist the interior design team in preparing design presentations and project documentation.
• Organise and maintain project drawings, revisions, and technical files.
• Conduct site visits when required to take measurements or verify project conditions.
• Support the team in resolving technical drawing or execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and deadlines.
• Assist in developing practical and efficient solutions for interior spaces and custom furniture.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Junior-level profile or recent graduate with strong AutoCAD skills.
• Good knowledge of technical drawing principles and interior design documentation.
• Ability to prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Basic understanding of furniture, joinery, materials, and interior construction is preferred.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage drawing revisions carefully.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, engineers, project managers, and factory teams.
• Good communication skills in Arabic or English.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Creative Cavalier factory in Jeddah.
• A portfolio of technical drawings or academic projects is preferred.
