Join a fast-scaling consumer platform entering its next major growth phase across the GCC. You will lead the product function behind a platform used at meaningful scale, taking ownership of strategy, roadmap, delivery, user behaviour, and the team needed to build a product people keep coming back to.

The Role

As Product Lead, you will report directly to the CEO and own the product function: where the product goes, how it gets built, how success is measured, and how the team operates.

This is not a role for someone who only manages timelines. It is for a hands-on product leader with strong taste, clear judgement, and proven experience building consumer products that activate, retain, and grow.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and design to shape the product direction, raise the quality bar, and build the product engine needed for regional expansion.

What You Will Be Doing

• Defining product strategy across existing and new GCC markets.
• Owning activation, retention, engagement, cohort performance, drop-off diagnosis, and MAU movement.
• Building a roadmap that leads growth rather than simply reacting to current user behaviour.
• Working with engineering and design to ship product experiences that land with users.
• Improving key user journeys, from activation through repeat engagement.
• Using data, behaviour, and product intelligence to understand what users need next.
• Building, managing, and developing the product team.
• Working directly with the CEO on product direction, expansion, and major strategic decisions.

What You Need To Succeed

• Proven experience building and scaling consumer products people genuinely return to.
• Experience taking a product through a significant growth phase, with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of activation funnels, retention cohorts, drop-off rates, and engagement metrics.
• At least one clear example of diagnosing an activation or retention problem and fixing it.
• Strong product taste and the ability to know when something is not good enough.
• Experience leading or mentoring product people and raising the standard of how a team works.
• Ability to write clear briefs, align teams, and make decisions when they matter.
• Understanding of GCC consumer behaviour is a strong advantage.
