MDM Product specialist — MDM (Master Data Management)

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Product Specialist to join our innovative team. In this on-site role in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Master Data Management solutions, ensuring that our data quality and governance meet the needs of our clients.

You will work closely with IT, data governance, and business analytics to support and drive data management initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

The scope of the role centers on supporting the Product Manager to drive successful technology product development, execute projects efficiently, and maintain clear communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include:

Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development processes.
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of the product manager.
Execute assigned tasks and activities within the project, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
Support the product manager in communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate if product development is satisfactory and aligned with development plans.
Conduct desktop research to monitor competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making.

What we are looking for is specific and practical. You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) Preferred. We require a Minimum of 7 years of experience in Master Data Management or data governance.

Candidates must demonstrate proficient knowledge of MDM tools and cybersecurity technologies (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, etc.).

You should also bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data modelling and metadata management, and knowledge of data quality management practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
