e are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Automobile Dealership to lead and oversee all dealership operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive sales, after-sales services, dealership management, and business development, with a proven track record of driving profitability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Arab Nationality is mandatory.
• Manage and oversee the overall operations of the automobile dealership, including sales, after-sales, service, parts, and customer relations.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the automobile dealership industry.
• Proven experience in dealership management, automotive sales, after-sales operations, and business development.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive market trends and dealership operations.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
