Social Media Executive

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital wellness businesses to find a Social Media Executive who will help build the personal brand of one of the company's founders across all social pages including (X + LinkedIn)This isn't your typical social media role.

Rather than managing multiple brand channels, you'll focus on growing the voice, credibility and influence of a founder within the health, wellness and entrepreneurship space. Success won't come from simply publishing content, it will come from understanding conversations, engaging with the right people and building an authentic presence that drives meaningful engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and manage the founder's presence across X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.

Engage daily with relevant conversations across health, wellness, fitness, longevity, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Engage in replies, comments and content that reflect the founder's tone of voice.

Identify influential voices and communities, ensuring the founder is part of the conversations that matter.

Draft posts, content ideas and platform-specific messaging.

Experiment with different content formats and engagement strategies to understand what resonates.

Monitor performance and provide weekly insights and recommendations to support continued growth.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years' experience within social media, digital marketing or community management.
• Hands-on experience using X (Twitter)—this is essential.
• Native or near-native written English with excellent copywriting skills.A genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness or longevity.
• Strong judgement and professionalism, as you'll be representing a founder publicly.
• Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience growing a founder or executive's personal brand.
• An active personal presence on X.Knowledge of the health, wellness, longevity or biohacking communities.
• Experience building professional brands on LinkedIn.
