About the Role

Clark Talent Development is looking for an experienced Director of Learning & Development to lead our organizational growth and workforce development strategies. You will design, implement, and measure high-impact training programs that align with business goals and drive employee success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Build and execute the company-wide L&D roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Program Design: Oversee the creation of leadership development, technical, and onboarding training programs.
• Performance & Impact: Track key metrics to measure training effectiveness and business ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the internal L&D and instructional design team.
• Technology & Vendor Management: Manage LMS tools and key third-party training partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience: 7–10+ years in Learning & Development or HR Development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Skills: Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, LMS platforms, and data-driven evaluation.
• Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, public speaking, and team leadership skills.
