Your Role

As a Creative Copywriter, you'll do far more than write headlines and taglines.

You'll transform business challenges into powerful ideas, compelling narratives and memorable campaigns that connect with audiences across every touchpoint.

Working alongside creative and client servicing teams, you'll craft ideas that bring brands to life across branding, integrated campaigns, digital experiences, social content, publications, environmental graphics, video, activation and emerging media.

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, strategically minded and creatively fearless. In other words, someone who believes the right words can change perceptions, shape behaviour and create lasting impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop original creative concepts, campaign ideas and compelling copy across branding, integrated campaigns, digital, social media, video, publications and experiential projects.
• Transform strategic insights and customer understanding into engaging stories, messages and brand narratives.
• Write across a wide variety of formats including campaign concepts, taglines, manifestos, brand messaging, scripts, social content, digital experiences, websites, speeches, editorials and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with designers and art directors to create integrated ideas where words and visuals work seamlessly together.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, strategically grounded creative ideas.
• Present creative concepts and copy confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure every piece of communication reflects the client's brand voice while achieving business and communication objectives.
• Edit, refine and elevate copy to ensure clarity, creativity, consistency and impact.
• Stay curious about culture, technology, AI, emerging media and changing consumer behaviours to inspire stronger creative thinking.
• Explore AI-enabled creative tools and new workflows that enhance ideation, research and content development.
• Work across multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to new business pitches, thought leadership and agency marketing initiatives.
• Support content creation for SiliconPlus' own brand and help showcase our creative thinking and capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 to 6 years' experience in copywriting, advertising, branding, content creation or integrated communications within an agency or creative environment.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrates conceptual thinking, storytelling and writing across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to develop campaign ideas—not just execute copy.
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands, audiences and communication objectives.
• Experience writing for digital platforms, social media and content marketing, alongside traditional advertising.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, consumer psychology and persuasive communication.
• Curious about AI, emerging technologies and how they can multiply creativity rather than replace it.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the confidence to articulate creative rationale.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Passionate about producing work that's creatively inspiring, strategically effective and commercially meaningful.
