Your New Role

As a Junior copywriter, you will be responsible for producing copy that is eye-catching, intriguing and suitable for our clients. You will work closely with the design and production team to craft clear, engaging copy for campaigns, social media, and branded content. If you live and breathe social media, Instagram reels and Tiktoks, we want you.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting and Content Creation

• Write clear, engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, websites, videos, and other brand touchpoints
• Adapt tone and messaging to suit different platforms, audiences, and brand guidelines
• Support the development of content ideas, scripts, captions, headlines, and campaign concepts
• Edit and refine copy based on feedback from internal teams and clients
• Stay up to date with digital trends, platform behaviours, and emerging content formats

Collaboration, Communication & Traffic

• Work with multiple teams (Accounts, Production, Design) to ensure creative vision is understood and executed effectively.
• Effectively manage and meet project deadlines, ensuring clear communication on timelines, dependencies, and expectations.
• Oversee timelines for projects, ensuring that relevant stakeholders can meet deadlines in an efficient manner.

Experience Criteria

• Internship or freelance experience in writing, content, or media
• Familiarity with short-form content (e.g. social captions, reels, scripts)
• Interest in branding, advertising, or digital marketing
• Portfolio or writing samples (school projects, personal work, or published pieces are welcome)
• Strong people skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, and able to contribute meaningfully within small teams.
• Brings a positive, proactive mindset to work.
