Our anchor clients have stayed with us since 2019 on multi-year contracts, a testament to the durability of the value we deliver.

The Role

This role is focused on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell within X0PA's existing Singapore account base — including long-tenured anchor clients on multi-year contracts. Your mandate is to grow revenue within accounts we already serve: identifying new use cases, additional seats or modules, and adjacent departments or business units to sell into.

This role reports directly to the CEO during this growth phase, giving you direct visibility into company strategy and fast decision-making on deals. You will work closely with the Customer Success team (led by Sri Harsha) on account health and relationship context, while owning the commercial conversation and quota for expansion revenue.

What You'll Do

• Own expansion/upsell pipeline and quota across X0PA's existing Singapore accounts, particularly the top-tier anchor clients.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to understand account health, usage patterns, and stakeholder relationships — using that context to identify expansion opportunities.
• Run the commercial side of renewal conversations where expansion or repricing is involved, working in coordination with CS on relationship and delivery matters.
• Build a structured account-planning cadence (e.g., quarterly reviews of top accounts) to systematically surface expansion opportunities rather than relying on ad hoc signals.
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and forecasting for expansion revenue, distinct from new-business pipeline.
• Feed account-level intelligence back into product and GTM strategy directly with the CEO.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in account management, expansion sales, or a hybrid AM/sales role — ideally with exposure to enterprise, government, or regulated-industry accounts.
• Track record of growing revenue within an existing account base, not just closing new logos.
• Strong relationship-management instincts — comfortable being the commercial voice in an account while a separate CS function owns delivery and support.
• Experience selling into HRTech, talent acquisition, or adjacent enterprise software categories is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate independently — this role has a lean reporting structure and expects self-sufficiency rather than heavy day-to-day coaching.
• Based in Singapore, with existing networks in the local enterprise/government ecosystem a strong plus.
