Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
• Update CRM records and achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
