Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and store organisation.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and sales reporting.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and passionate about fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
