This position is going to be based at our retail stores at Raffles City Shopping Centre, ION Ochard or 313@somerset.

With our stores, we are able to better engage with our customers face-to-face and showcase our brand beliefs and pieces more effectively. As such, you will work closely with the By Invite Only team and be an instrumental member in helping the brand grow to its best potential.

Scope of Work

Working directly with our office team to create a great in-store shopping experience for our customers.

Assisting with styling customers in our latest pieces.

Managing inventory, handling restocks, and making sure that the store is ready for our customers.

Cashiering duties.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Processing online order collections or after sales services when needed.

Lead and guide team members and train them for success

Requirements

Having 1-2 years experience in retail is an advantage

Hours

Full-time position: 44 hours per week, 5-day work-week

Part-time position: $10.50 per hour with chance of increment with good performance and review. On top of the hourly rate, there will be commission for every sale (same as our Full-time team's individual comms)
