We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys analysing data, optimising campaigns and growing revenue—not someone who only manages agencies or coordinates projects. Job Summary

Drive growth through data. Lead multi-channel performance marketing, optimise campaigns using analytics and AI, and make a measurable impact on business revenue.

Responsibilities

• As our Marketing Manager, you will: Lead and coach marketing leads across multiple business verticals.
• Plan campaign strategies, budgets, KPIs and weekly priorities.
• Manage and optimise Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid advertising platforms.
• Build and improve full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to sales conversion.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI. Monitor audience targeting, creative performance, attribution and tracking accuracy.
• Optimise marketing spend based on qualified leads, appointments, revenue and profitability—not just cost per lead.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Present actionable performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
• Manage agencies, freelancers and marketing technology partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
• Working Arrangements 5.25 day work week (Alternate Saturdays) Monday
• Friday 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM (includes 1 hour break) Alternate Saturdays 8:45 AM - 12:45PM Working location: Midview City

Requirements

• We're looking for someone with: Minimum 6–8 years of marketing experience , with strong performance marketing expertise.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership experience managing marketers, agencies or channel owners.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads . Proven ability to audit, restructure and optimise advertising accounts.
• Experience managing multiple brands, business units or product categories.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and full-funnel marketing.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTMs and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

You'll stand out if you have experience with: Meta Conversions API Google Offline Conversions / Enhanced Conversions TikTok Ads Marketing Automation Platforms Automotive, Insurance, Property or other high-consideration industries WhatsApp marketing and appointment-based sales funnels CRM integration and lead attribution
