Our client is a highly regarded technology organisation undergoing an exciting phase of growth, innovation and organisational transformation. As it continues to strengthen its capabilities and build a future-ready workforce, it is seeking experienced HR Business Partners to partner senior leaders in driving its people agenda.

Responsibilities

You will partner business leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with organisational priorities. Working closely with HR COE colleagues, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across performance management, workforce planning, organisational capability, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and employee relations.

Acting as a trusted advisor and coach, you will guide leaders through complex people matters, contribute to organisational transformation initiatives, and help foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Requirements

You are a degree-qualified HR professional with demonstrated experience partnering senior stakeholders in complex, fast-paced organisations. Commercial and hands-on, you possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.

You are confident influencing and coaching leaders, comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, and bring sound judgement together with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
