Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm to appoint an experienced HR Generalist to join its Singapore office on a 10-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing and collaborative HR team, supporting a diverse employee population across the region within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a trusted HR professional, you will provide both operational support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, program management, policy interpretation, and workforce planning.

You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes while supporting business objectives and enhancing the overall employee experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, employees, and HR Centres of Excellence to provide guidance on people-related matters, support annual HR processes, coordinate talent and performance initiatives, and contribute to HR projects across the region.

In addition, you will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HR operations and ensure consistent delivery of HR programmes and policies.

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering broad-based HR support within a multinational environment. Candidates should ideally have experience within professional services, consulting, legal, accounting, financial services, technology, or other fast-paced corporate environments.

Exposure to employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management will be highly advantageous.
