Investment Associate (2 - 6 YOE) - Data Centres

We're partnering with a fast-growing data centre platform building out capacity across Asia that is looking for an Associate in their investment team.

Individuals with strong modelling from investment banking/general PE welcome.

What you'll do

🔹 Support origination and execution of digital infrastructure deals across SEA and North Asia

🔹 Build and maintain financial models, DCF, IRR, scenario analysis from scratch

🔹 Support due diligence across commercial, technical, regulatory, and power risk workstreams

🔹 Help develop market entry theses for new geographies

🔹 Prepare investment memos and materials for senior stakeholders and the investment committee

🔹 Get exposure to hyperscaler relationship-building and contract discussions

🔹 Work across live, real transactions from day one, not case studies

What we're looking for

🔹 2–6 years in investment banking (M&A), private equity, infrastructure investing, or transaction advisory. Candidate with real estate investment background also welcome.

🔹 Strong hands-on financial modelling skills, built from scratch

🔹 Exposure to infrastructure, real estate, or digital infrastructure sectors preferred, candidate from others sectors but with very strong modelling can be considered.

🔹 High attention to detail and comfort working across multiple jurisdictions at pace

🔹 APAC market experience a plus, not a requirement
